Simon Waters

Simon Waters is the owner and director of Waters & Sons.

He oversees all three branches in Aldermoor, Portchester and Sholing and looks after families on the day of a funeral as Funeral Director. The business has been running successfully for some fourteen years, serving his local community to whom he is committed and has carefully trained and built a professional, caring and highly competent team around him.

David waters, Cert F.S.

David Waters, Cert F.S. is Simon's son and an integral part of the team across our branches.

David is our main Funeral Director, ensuring the smooth running of every funeral service from the first call through to the service, providing on-going supports, advice and guidance. He is a great  asset and cares for families as though they were his own.

David has completed the first part for his qualification and is undergoing education to obtain his diploma.

Alison is our Principal Administrator in our main branch in Sholing,

she has many years of management experience and has been with Waters and Sons for over ten years. She is the in-house expert managing our main branch and providing support and assistance to the other two branches. She takes care of our families from the first point of contact until the day of the service and beyond ensuring that all aspects of a service run smoothly.

Jason PArlour

Jason Parlour is our funeral arranger for Sholing / Aldermoor.

He is the usual first point of contact, supporting the family through the whole process of arranging the funeral. Jason is very passionate about all the families he cares for.

Colin Houghton

Colin Houghton  joined us in February 2022.Colin is a Funeral Service Operative.

Craig waters

Craig joins the family business after taking a break and starting his own family. Craig is apart of our pallbearing team and our into care team.

ASA Smith

Asa Smith joins our team in October 2023 as funeral service operative and joining our into care team. He is extremely profession and caring towards our families we care for. He is eager to learn the funeral industry and is following in his mothers footsteps. Asa brings his own set of skills to our team and is a asset to our company.
